Blazer - Zara || Shirt - Vintage || Leigh jeans - Topshop || Shoes and bag - Zara || Hat - Topshop

This was actually a really sunny day so I don't know what I was playing at by wearing black skinny jeans. But at least the shoes are appropriate. I've been so used to April showers that I think, dramatic as it sounds, I need to take baby steps in baring my legs.

The shirt was bought way back in first year from some vintage fair in Shoreditch and it's been pretty much untouched for the past three years. I think I was in the mindset of "omg it's vintage therefore must have it" but I've since learnt that try as I might, I'll never be a savvy vintage shopper. Anyway, I saw a similar outfit on Instagram and finally, it was this shirt's time to shine. Undeniable PROOF that hoarding is a good thing.

OH so... I have finally finished my dissertation!!!!! You won't read anymore moaning from me. It's due to be handed in on Thursday and then I have two more courseworks to submit and THEN I'm done. Three years of uni done :O It's scary to think about and no, I don't know what I'm doing post-uni. And the only time it's acceptable to even think the word graduation is when it's followed by "present", so no-one talk about the G-word around me. I just want to do each day as it comes and worry later. I think after 18 years of being in straight education, that should be allowed?

  3. I know exactly what you mean about baby steps for baring skin, whether it's legs, arms or feet, the first few times in the season always feels weird. Not to mention uncomfortable showing my translucent limbs...

    I love that that shirt is vintage, makes it even better. And yeah, vintage shopping sure is an art that very few master - takes so much patience.

    You look amazing! And congrats on finally completing that bloody dissertation lady!
