Wandering around Chelsea

On Friday, I spent the late afternoon/evening having a wander around Chelsea, specifically the King's Road. I never really have days out 'exploring' London because now I've been here for a couple of years, it just feels like another city. My final year at university is coming to an end soon, though, so I'll have to try and make the most of being in the capital!

I had to take some photos for uni work purposes but I thought I may as well share a few here because talk about a sight for sore eyes...

Even though it was a non-stop rainy day, the white town houses looked as beautiful as ever. I think if I had to be a building, I'd be a Chelsea town house (since I love to wear white). What I'd give to live behind one of these doors! Just out of curiosity, I googled some rent prices for SW3 and it's enough to make your eyes water!!

But then again, so is this: the most grand looking Zara in the world?!

I didn't even bother to step foot inside because I still have two weeks left of my spending ban and walking in would be like self-inflicted torture. Come 14th March though, Zara is getting cleaned out by me.

And then of course, I had to make a visit to The Good Life Eatery, since I've heard so much about it. It's basically emulating those super healthy L.A. cafes and no lie, on the table next to me was a super slim girl, who had clearly just come from the gym, munching on a salad. What a lifestyle!

Even though everything is guilt-free (and gluten-free), I didn't sample any of the sweet treats because I didn't fancy paying £5.50 for a slice of cake, no matter how healthy and delicious it is. But it's still a cool little place, so I'd recommend popping in if you're ever in the area.
