Yes. I was cold. Now let's not talk about it. I bought this skirt (the last new thing I'm going to buy this month, I promise!!!) from H&M last week because I'm soft in the head. I see things more than twice and then want it. And God knows fishtail style mini skirts have cropped up enough times on my bloglovin' dashboard. Otherwise, nothing too interesting to note. The top is also a recent buy from when I went on a crazy shopping spree the other week. I can see it's going to be a staple/over-worn piece for me (well it's white, so yeah). Because don't you just love when t-shirts are the perfect length to cover your ham arms?

Other than dressing for the wrong season, bibbity bobbity BOO the hard work has really started. I had two consecutive nights in the uni library working until 4am this weekend. Me being me, I always like to try and make these occasions a "fun" thing and snacks on snacks on snacks (heh) always help. As do the occasional exercise breaks of prancing a lap of the library. When you and your friend are the only two in there at 3am, it's the only thing to do!

I'm really going to try my hardest not to turn this into a blog about dissertation/third year uni gripes. You may tell me I'm lucky to be young and these are the best years of my life etc but I seriously think I peaked at 19! What I'd give to wake up tomorrow with a ready-made family + cat and dog, a comfortable home and security for life ^_^ (but still be 20 years young).

Anyway, moving on. I may or not have managed to wangle myself an early Christmas present, which I can't wait to use, so I can guarantee you my next post will be nothing but positive thoughts. Clue: they're rose gold and white! :)

  1. Love that skirt and the cut of your tee! Gosh I need to get back into monochrome... I was one of those nighttime library creepers too, I'm so nocturnal it hurts. Nothing beats 2am library challenges with willing (and non-willing) friends! x
